Ralf Schumacher is, just  like team-mate Damon Hill,   backing  his   team-boss   Eddie   Jordan despite  the  bad  results  this  season.
Schumacher  said: "Eddie  is pushing very hard and,like everyone in the team, he also expected better  results. There is  a lot of determination to   fight   back and  improve  the  cars  and my
relationship  with Damon  is good."
