(Eclipse)
-- Ralf Schumacher has revealed
whatever the differences
between him and his
brother Michael,
Formula One will never ruin
their close
relationship. The young Williams
driver was
explaining the skirmishes between
the two brothers
in recent weeks -- at the start of Silverstone and towards
the end at Barcelona -- which has so far resulted in one-a-piece. |

"Formula
One will never ever change anything in the relationship between
the two of us. No matter what happens." He explained: "As
a matter of
fact, Michael
and I don't really enjoy being overtaken and also
we like to attack. The more duels we
have on the circuit the better, and
for the spectators," he added. "In these
close encounters we have a lot of fun, both of
us, up until now they have even been
good to watch. It will be stupendous if we can repeat
it at the Nurburgring."
However, Ralf
Schumacher conceded he was initially very
angry but not with his elder brother, but for the fact he
had lost his third place and with it valuable
points to Rubens Barrichello, he said: "The maneuver was
very hard and I got angry about the lost podium
place." SchumacherJr. denied however they
had argued afterwards saying: "We haven't
even needed to find a true and proper explanation. I think it was
an extremely difficult situation but correct," he added.
"There has never ever been
any problems between my brother and I, no huge
arguments, not even when we were in Karts, mainly
because we have
never seriously raced
each other because of our age difference."
